The Samahang Kartunista ng Pilipinas celebrates its 30th anniversary with the launch of the SKP Roster Book featuring the works of its more than 30 members representing all major newspapers and comic books.
Main guest is cartoons and comics scholarly book author John Lent of Temple University. The occasion will also be marked by an MOA signing between SKP and NPC for a new cartoon competition, the NPC-SKP "BoyTogs" Cartoon Competiton for SKP members and students.
Pinoy merienda will be served. : )

Hi Hugz. Will see if I can drop by. Friday yata ito. Parang may kilala akong member ng grupong yan. Kababayan at kaibigan ko si Roxlee (ang may akda ng Cesar Asar comics character). Di ko lang alam kung miembro siya.

Roxlee was a member, but not anymore.

Para sa members na walang arrears sa membership fee, each will be entitled to a free hardbound copy. : )

Merienda will consist of dinuguan, puto, menudo, pandesal, pansit Malabon, chicharon, and gulaman at sago.
